Refund Policy
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are non-refundable once the cycle starts. You can cancel anytime; service remains active through the end of the current period and you won't be charged again.
Annual plans
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase as long as fewer than 1,000 credits have been consumed. After 14 days, plans are non-refundable but can be canceled — you retain access through the end of the year.
Top-up credits
Top-up purchases are non-refundable. Unused top-up credits expire at the end of your current cycle.
Service issues
If the service has an extended outage that materially affects your usage, we'll credit your account proactively. Contact support if you believe a refund is warranted.
How to request
Email support with your account email and the order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
