Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account data — email, name, hashed password (if you choose password auth).
  • Usage data — API endpoint, status code, latency, timestamp, and IP for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
  • Billing data — handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.

What we don't collect

We do not store the bodies of transcripts you fetch beyond our edge cache (TTL 7 days, keyed by video ID, not user). We don't sell or share your usage data with third parties.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics ad tags.

Data location

Account data is stored in Supabase (US region by default). Edge runtime requests are handled in the closest Cloudflare region.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data anytime by emailing support. Requests are honored within 30 days.
